This homestay will easily become your next favorite family memory. This spacious house has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. It’s decorated in a warm, inviting style with soothing colors throughout, and there is plenty of room for gatherings both indoors and out. All throughout the year, you can relax by the pool then dine on the outdoor patio or enjoy cooking your favorite foods on the gas grill as part of an al fresco meal. You will have just as much fun playing games around the dining table and sharing meals inside as well. With a house this great, everyone is going to want to stay together under one roof so they can keep enjoying each other’s company! This beautiful spacious home was built in 2006 and offers soaring ceilings and over 2100 square feet of air conditioned space. The master suite features smart and satellite TV, a king size bed with double sink bathroom, a spacious tile shower, and a separate garden tub. There is another king size bedroom with satellite TV as well, and a queen size bedroom overlooking the canal. Finally, the fourth bedroom features twin beds.
Both the living room and master bedroom feature satellite and smart TVs, while all other rooms have local antenna television available. Of course, there is Wi-Fi all throughout! The five-foot-deep heated in-ground pool has a screen enclosure with patio furniture on the lanai. There is a large gas grill for your outside cooking. We have bicycles available and there are numerous bike paths in the area. We also have beach equipment such as chairs and toys available for use! The tastefully-decorated living area is open and has satellite TV with flat screen television, an island counter with 6 bar stools, and two dining areas. The kitchen is fully-stocked with appliances including a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, as well as a wine cooler. Additionally, there is a laundry room with a washer and dryer, as well as a utility sink.The house is located minutes from Pine Island, Sannibel, Fort Myers Beach, and the stunning beaches of Cape Coral.
