Cancellation Policy

If a traveler cancels their booking with you, this set cancellation policy will help answer a lot of questions for both parties. Travelers will know how much of a refund they might get, and our system will be able to calculate and automate the process for you. Property owners and managers who require travelers to consent to a supplemental rental agreement must ensure that
  1. The supplemental agreement is linked to the listing and available for travelers to review before booking.
  2. Any cancellation policy set forth in the supplemental agreement is the same as or more lenient than the cancellation policy listed here.
Note:Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel after that point, they will not get a refund.
